Two German physicists claim to have broken the speed of light. They claim this was accomplished by having photons travel a distance of 3 ft, instantaneously. The effect is called a quantum tunnel. This might be bigger news, except that in 2002 another group of physicists beat them to it. But for those of us how believe that the owls are not as they seem. The light speed barrier has been broken for sometime.
