CFR / UN & Weather Modification
The real world – On almost any given day in both small and large cites all over the world strange cloud formations are being reported by millions of people. The formations look like grid patterns crossing the sky. They soon became known as CHEMTRAILS, their purpose is shrouded in mystery and governments denied their existence until recently.
In 2005 The United Nations commissioned the CFR (Council on Foreign Relations) to produce options to curb the effects of global warming in a document called “Unilateral Geoengineering”.
“There are a variety of strategies, such as injecting light-reflecting particles into the
stratosphere, that might be used to modify the Earth’s atmosphere-ocean system in an attempt to slow or reverse global warming.”
The document also makes mention of a US government patent for weather modification from the dating back to the 1950’s.
“Among all geoengineering schemes, those currently considered most feasible involve increasing the planetary albedo, that is, reflecting more sunlight back into space before it can be absorbed. There are a number of different methods that could be used to increase the planet’s reflectivity:
- Add more small reflecting particles in the upper part of the atmosphere (the stratosphere which is located between 15 and 50 kilometers above the Earth’s surface)
- Add more clouds in the lower part of the atmosphere (the troposphere)
- Place various kinds of reflecting objects in space either near the earth or at a stable location between the earth and the sun.
- Change large portions of the planet’s land cover from things that are dark (absorbing) such as trees to things that are light (reflecting) such as open snowcover or grasses.”
Possible Method of delivery:
One of the main argument against geo engineering and chemtrails is the delivery method and why no one knows about it. The answer is simple; commercial air crafts have been modified to deliver the chemicals. A US patent number 4,500,056 from 1985 explains one such system. In 2008 American Airlines grounded their fleet of 300 MD-80 jetliners for wiring inspections and repairs. These air craft make up 40% to 45% of their fleet. This would have been a great opportunity to modify the crafts.
In April 2009, President Obama’s science chief calls for drastic steps to combat climate change.
Increasingly more climate scientists are coming forward stating that human made global warming is a hoax, yet the powers that be continue to scare us into believing that we are all responsible. The changing of the Earth’s climate has everything to do with the solar cycles and not SUVs CO2. There is even an 800 year lag in CO2 levels increase compared to temperature increase, meaning the temperature increases before the CO2 levels increase. The Earth isn’t the only planet in our solar system that is getting warmer. Pluto and Mars are among the planets also increasing in temperature.
So why control the weather? Thats the big mystery.
